Kano Former Commissioner Tests Positive For Covid-19 Days After Mocking Kyari’s Death
Former Kano State Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Mu ’ azu Magaji, has tested positive for coronavirus days after mocking the death of Abba Kyari on his social media account.
The ex-Commissioner who was sacked by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for making “ indecent comments ” over the death of the former Chief of Staff to the President , Abba Kyari was disclosed to have been tasted positive for conoravirus via his official Facebook account.
According to the post, the result of the COVID- 19 test carried out by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on him came back positive.
The former commissioner’ s personal assistant , Ibrahim Dawakin Tofa , also confirmed the development.
He said , “ The former Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure had earlier proceeded on two days self -isolation while awaiting the result of the test . ”
He also disclosed that Magaji has been moved to Kwanan Dawaki Isolation Centre , noting that “ he is currently in stable condition ” .
